Shimano presents an important addition to its DuraAce Di2 group: electronic Dura Ace Di2 bar end switcher SW-7971 especially designed for the use with time trial handle bars. The switcher can be integrated easily into time trial bar extensions. The cables are generally guided through the bars for optimal aerodynamics. These product eliminates the need to change hand position for gear shifting. From now on riders can change gears at the base-bar as well as at the bar extensions, thereby saving time and enabling better concentration during strenuous time trials.
