Interchangeable Dropout System
The new dropout and hanger interface increases rear triangle stiffness. Also provides improved shifting, cornering capabilities and rear end stability. The system can also be interchanged from a standard QR, MAXLE or a 12mm thru axle for added strength. Provides easy replacement of a broken derailleur hanger. Found on the Ransom and Voltage FR models along with a number of Voltage models. The Pentagon™ Rear Triangle The Pentagon rear triangle is optimized for tire clearance and to accommodate the shorter chainstay length. The seat tube has been welded to the front half of the bottom bracket shell to improve clearance. The seat stays have no bridge, which also maximizes clearance. Ultra Short Chainstay The Voltage now features 385 mm chain stays, allowing for easier manuals and better control for dirt jumping and street riding. These are the shortest stays on the market and the Voltage is now chain-guide specific. |
