The 2015 Schwinn Cutter is a fixie. A hi-ten steel frame and fork provide a strong, responsive base for fast city rides. Kit is simple and clean, including a tall 46/18 gear, a flip-flop rear hub allowing an easy switch between fixed and freewheeling, light, compact alloy brake calipers, sure-footed Kore platform pedals, and a track wheelset, clad in Freedom Thickslicks for confident threading through traffic. Available in a range of sizes in an all-black color scheme.
