When you stomp on the pedals, the instant reaction from the Alma means rocket-like acceleration. The result behind will be the others simply trying to keep up. That’s because we build the Alma M50 with the Alma Performance carbon fiber frame as its foundation. It’s lighter than ever, yet stiff enough for explosive efforts. It also has a re-designed geometry for better fit as well as more stability at high speeds. And it still carves up singletrack trails with surgical precision. We outfit the M50 with a Shimano 10-speed drivetrain that includes an XT Shadow Plus rear derailleur. It’s there to ensure proper chain security over rough trails so you won’t have to worry about missed shifts or other mechanical mishaps.
