The 2017 Merida eSpresso City 510 is a mid-range powered city bike. Luxuriously accessorized, with gear for all sorts of riders: full fenders and a chainguard for inclement weather, a sturdy rear rack for toting and errands, and a kickstand and wheel lock for casual stops. The long-life Bosch battery offers assistive power for tens of kilometers, adequate for almost any day in the city; it also runs a light set, increasing visibility at night and in the rain. Kit is solid, from the Shimano Deore hubs and drivetrain to the tough, sure-footed Schwalbe Big Apple tires.
