The 2015 Merida Big.Nine 100 is a cross-country mountain bike. A good bike for beginners, the kit is quality throughout: a clean-shifting Shimano drivetrain, sure-stopping, all-condition Tektro brakes, and smooth-rolling, obstacle-conquering 29er wheels, multi-surface tread offering confident traction on the trail, the park, the path, and even the street. Seating is close to flat, easy for newer off-road riders and fast for the more experienced. Available in a wide range of sizes, in a subtle black or a bright, visible orange.
