The 2014 Jamis Ventura Sport is an entry-level road bike. Designed for the long-distance rider, with slightly relaxed angles for comfort after many hours in the saddle. The frameset is light, responsive aluminum, providing a fast, efficient ride. Kit is reliable throughout, from the Shimano Claris drivetrain, paired with a widely-geared SRAM cassette, ready for the steepest roads, to the sure-stopping Tektro calipers, to the light alloy wheelset, clad in fast-rolling Vittoria tires.
