FeaturesReynolds 520 butted chromoly tubes put the thicker section near the ends where the welds are and the tube stress is, creating a stronger tube and stiffer frame with outstanding feel. Rock Shox's XC32 TK 29 Solo Air offers 100mm of travel, 32mm stanchions, aluminum crown, lockout and external rebound controls - all usable and functional "on-the-fly" adjustments that can be felt by the rider. The Solo Air feature allows air to fill both the positive and negative chambers using a single valve, simplifying suspension setup while retaining a plush ride. Alex XD Sport rims feature stainless eyelets improving the seating of the nipple head for a better built wheel. Formula Hi-Lo hubs feature a larger flange on the rotor mount side to increase wheel strength, machined cut-outs to reduce weight and sealed bearings to ensure durability. Geax is regarded as one of the best tire manufacturers in the world, offering tires with higher thread counts and leading-edge compounds. Their Saguaro's are renowned for offering a light, responsive ride. A 27-speed drivetrain with Shimano Rapid-Fire Plus shifters & HyperDrive SG-X chainrings assures precise and consistent shifts ride after ride. Shimano M445 brakes utilize mineral oil for hydraulic fluid which is non-corrosive and much more environmentally friendly than standard DOT fluid. Ritchey's cockpit parts are manufactured by a 3D-forging process, allowing the part to be three dimensionally shaped in a single step while carefully controlling inner wall thickness. This forging process yields optimal grain structure and eliminates all internal imperfections, allowing Ritchey to use less material without sacrificing strength or durability. Jamis lock-on grips feature a dual compound including gel in the palm area for comfort and dual lock rings for no-slip security. Our Jamis ATB Comp saddle features a long, narrow shell that offers multiple, efficient pedaling positions with a full length pressure relief channel for a more comfortable platform and strong-but-light chromoly rails.
