The 2016 Focus Black Forest Lite 29 is a mid-range cross-country mountain bike. Excellent for riders interested in trying out big 29er wheels, the modestly-priced Black Forest Lite pairs a light, responsive aluminum frame and Rock Shox fork with Deore/Concept wheels clad in light, fast-rolling, high-traction Continental Race King tires for an obstacle-clearing, smooth, fast ride.
Kit is nicely chosen: componentry includes a SRAM/Shimano mix drivetrain, the ace M396 hydraulic disc brakes, and a light, strong Concept cockpit.
A good cross-country MTB.
