In the new model year the new Ultimate AL SLX has an even lighter frame. This is made possible by using a more complex aluminium alloy with which the wall thickness of the frame has been reduced even further. The result? The total weight has been reduced by 60 grams compared to the Ultimate AL frame whilst retaining the same outstanding rigidity values. The latest generation One One Four SLX full carbon fork provides excellent suspension at the front. This lightweight race fork with carbon fibre dropouts has extreme lateral stiffness and VCLS technology to absorb hard knocks and vibrations. This protects your muscles and joints, saving valuable energy for the final sprint.
In combination with the comfortable Canyon VCLS post this premium aluminium racer raises the concept of comfort to a whole new level. The balanced Sport Pro geometry is ideal for demanding racing bike riders and hits the goldilocks zone between a racing and comfort seat position.
The Ultimate AL SLX frameset has been specially prepared for the integration of electronic groupsets and packed with features such as the Canyon One One Four SLX full carbon fork (320 g), Ritchey WCS stem (1 1/4"), Acros Ai-70 Fiber headset with i-Lock system, Canyon VCLS post and Canyon seat clamp.
