Avanti Black Thunder 24 Plus (2017)

The 2017 Avanti Black Thunder 24 Plus is a kid's fat bike. Truly a small-scale, full-kit off-road bike, the Black Thunder matches up with the adult models across the board, from the high-volume, low-pressure knobby treads, to the single-ring eight-speed gearing, controlled with an intuitive twist shifter, to the sure-stopping, all-condition Tektro disc brakes. Pedals are platforms, for sure footing and easy on-and-off in tricky terrain. The black frame has bright spatter graphics, looking sharp when the mud's been washed off.
