Description
Opposed 2-piston design for high braking power with minimalistic, high rigidity construction. Improved bleeding performance with one way oil routing. Air bubbles will not stay inside the caliper. The brake can be used with common brake pads of Shimano XTR, XT and SLX calipers. Shimano recommends the use of SM-RT64 "Servo Wave" brake discs. This brake is also compatible with all other Shimano Centerlock brake discs.
The brake caliper can directly be mounted to Postmount forks if a 160mm disc is used. For bigger disc diameters or IS2000 forks an adaptor is required. The brake is compatible with all current Shimano Center Lock and 6-hole brake discs
