The 2017 Merida Big.Seven 300 is a mid-range hardtail mountain bike. Its light weight belies its strength; aluminum alloy cockpit components and frame combine to lighten the load while providing a solid platform. Shimano provides its venerable, reliable Deore components, from the drop-protected Shadow rear derailleur to sure-stopping hydraulic disc brakes. Wheels, also Merida, are clad in the ace all-rounder Maxxis Ikon tread, providing sure-footed traction practically everywhere.
