Malvern Star Hurricane 27-1 (2016)

The 2016 Malvern Star Hurricane 27-1 is Malvern's most modestly priced entry-level mountain bike. Equipped very nicely, the Hurricane is ready for action: the big, fast-rolling 27.5" wheels are wrapped in knobby go-anywhere tires, offering confident grip on dirt, grass, rock, and underbrush; the drivetrain from Shimano shifts quick and clean, offering a wealth of gear choices, one perfect for any trail; and the stalwart alloy V-brakes provide sure stopping power. The frame is lightweight aluminum, paired with a suspension fork for smooth rides over rock, root, or bump.
