Review

We got a glimpse of Colnago C60s in action at the 2017 Tour Down Under (TDU) and took one for a spin, allowing us to give you our pros and cons above.

This large one caught our eyes. It's ridden by 6'4" (193 cm) tall Vegard Stake Laengen of UAE Team Emirates / UAE Abu Dhabi. Laengen was TDU's stage 3 Most Competitive Rider.

Details

The 2017 Colnago C60 is a top-of-the-line road racing frameset. Handmade in Italy, it's a gorgeous piece of work, the star-shaped lugs and tubes fitting perfectly together, as has been true for handmade Colnagos since the beginning. This year's version incorporates larger diameter, thinner walled tubes, providing even greater efficiency. The rear dropouts are new, increasing lateral stiffness and even shaving off a few grams. Available in a vast array of sizes, a traditional flat top tube, a sloping top tube, or a high front for enduro riders, and one of nine stock color schemes. Custom builds are, of course, available.
A great road racing frameset.
